Peter Tesché, CFA

ptesche@tangentcapital.comDrawing on more than three decades of corporate, merchant and investment banking experience, Mr. Tesché has provided independent corporate finance advice for early stage as well as mature firms with a focus on international corporate and real estate finance.
Until May 2000, he was Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Canada, the successor to the Canadian subsidiary of Bankers Trust Company where he had been for 18 years prior to the June 1999 merger of the two institutions. Previously, Mr. Tesché held senior management positions with financial institutions in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.
From August 2006 until September 2008, Mr. Tesché advised SEACAN Realty Fund, an institutional real estate investment fund targeting the development of hypermarket anchored shopping centers in the People’s Republic of China. Mr. Tesché traveled frequently to China refining the group’s investment offering, preparing the offering documents and sourcing the fund’s institutional investors.
Mr. Tesché received his B.A. from Allegheny College and attended the Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Tesché is a CFA charter holder. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
