Prior to his founding of Raphael Capital Partners in 2006, Mr. Kolb had been employed by ABN AMRO, Thomas Weisel Partners and Gerard Klauer Mattison (now part of BMO Capital Markets). Mr. Kolb has been involved in over 60 transactions including corporate debt and equity financings of over $1.5 billion and merger/acquisition advisory assignments with a value of over $1.0 billion. Mr. Kolb has his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BS from Yeshiva University.
