kdougan@tangentcapital.comKhari began his career on Wall Street as an Associate, focusing on equity capital markets at Pershing, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse First Boston. Later, Khari transitioned that experience to real estate where he began at Express Homes, a real estate brokerage specializing in investment properties. While at Express Homes, Khari was instrumental in creating a joint venture specializing in new construction. Khari later leveraged that experience to establish and serve as President of Express Development Corp, a real estate management, investment and consulting company. Through this entity, Khari was brought on by New United Corp to seek capital and strategic partnerships for the 2nd largest re-development site in the city of Newark. Most recently, Khari joined Mercer Street Capital, an independent strategic advisory and investment firm headquartered in New York City, where he serves a Managing Partner. Khari also serves as an authorized agent for the National Properties Limited, a government owned company of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. National Properties Limited is the entity charged with the sale of government lands for the purpose of residential, commercial, marina and tourism related development projects.
