Morgan assisted financial advisors in forming private aircraft financing business in conjunction with the banking division of Wachovia. He then became involved in investment banking where he earned his series 7 and 63 certifications. During this time he was involved in both raising capital for investments as well as evaluating and completing onsite due diligence for potential investments. For the past three years he has worked for Maxim Financial Corporation assisting in their proprietary day trading operation as well as evaluating potential investment opportunities for Maxim.
